Usable furniture, household goods, and appliances in working condition go to local Indianapolis-area charities. Acceptance depends on condition and current partner capacity.
Where your junk goes
Every load gets sorted. Nothing is dumped.
Patrick sorts every item by hand. Usable goods go to local charities. Recyclable materials are separated. The rest goes to permitted Indiana disposal facilities.
Sorting process
What happens to your stuff after we leave
Every job gets three streams. This is not optional — it is how Patrick operates every single pickup.
Recycling
Scrap metal is separated and hauled to recycling yards. Electronics are delivered to e-waste recycling — never landfilled. Clean fill and concrete are diverted when quantities justify the trip.
Disposal
Everything else goes to permitted disposal facilities in compliance with Indiana waste regulations. Patrick does not dump illegally, overfill, or cut corners on disposal.

We Take These
- Furniture — couches, sofas, chairs, tables, dressers
- Mattresses and box springs
- Appliances — washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves
- Electronics — TVs, computers, monitors (recycled separately)
- Yard debris — brush, branches, grass, leaves, fencing
- Construction debris — lumber, drywall, flooring, tile
- Garage clutter — shelving, tools, sporting goods
- Scrap metal
We Cannot Take
- Hazardous chemicals, solvents, pesticides
- Fuel, gasoline, propane tanks, motor oil
- Wet paint (dried latex accepted in limited qty)
- Medical waste, needles, sharps, biohazard
- Asbestos or known hazardous building materials
- Uncontained trash bags with unknown contents
- Tires (limited quantities negotiable with notice)
Our Commitment

- Scrap metal is recycled when volume allows
- Disposal receipts are available on request
